Issue Summary

On a specific customer demo instance, the user is not able to successfully import work items

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup your program, release, sprints..
2. Import stories and features

NOTE: This is reproducible in a specific instance.

Expected Results

Import should be successful

Actual Results

500 internal error occurs and a query timeout is captured in splunk.

Workaround

Do not import the story and feature work items at the same time. Split it into two separate imports.
