      Issue Summary

      Features: User is able to add Multi-program Features in Program that has Approach disabled

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Click on Create button in the top right corner. Select Feature.
      3. In approach dropdown select Multi-program Feature
      4. In Program Dropdown select Program that has Approach disabled.
      5. Fill all required fields and save.

      Expected Results

      To be defined by the PDM team. I believe that the approach field should be hidden on Add panel until a program with enabled Approach field is selected.

      Actual Results

      User is able to create corrupted data.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
