    Description

      Issue Summary

      Timesheet Export produces an empty report when exporting high volume data set.
      When exporting huge amount of data, the resulting (downloaded) report is empty.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Browse to Time Tracking page
      2. Click on Reports tab
      3. Click Timesheet Export under Compliance Reports section
      4. Select Year in Time Period combo box
      5. Select User-Related Filters in Filter by combo box
      6. Select year of choice in Year combo box
      7. Select enterprise hierarchy of choice in Enterprise Hierarchy multi-select box
      8. Click Export button
      9. Notice the downloaded report Export Timesheet Report - [YYYY-MM-DD hh_mm_ss].xls file

      Expected Results

      Add check with says "This export exceeds the maximum file size of XYZ." and do not allow export

      Actual Results

      The resulting report file is empty

      Workaround

      When selecting options, narrow down the amount of data been processed by scoping monthly or quarterly.
