Problem Definition
There are 2 main issues related to the resend invite feature + user accounts that have been assigned "Jira Service Management - Customer" access
- The 'Resend invite' logic doesn't apply to Jira Service Management(JSM) portal only users
- When a user logs in to the JSM portal, the 'Resend invite' button persists
Suggested Solution
Add logic to the 'Resend invite' feature to include "Jira Service Management - Customer" users and allow for the 'Resend invite' button to disappear when a user logs into the JSM portal
Why this is important
This behavior is confusing for admins as the UI indicates that the end user has not accepted the invitation to use the site, but the end user has been logging in to the JSM portal.
