As a Jira/Confluence admin , I would like to have an automated system to check the inactive account over a period of time and deactivate that account if it is inactive for certain period so that the user licenses can be utilized properly.
The way it should work is:
1. Check the number of inactive users for a particular period (say inactive for last 3 months).
2. Send these users a mail notifying that there is no activity on user account for 3 month and we will be deactivating the account after 30 days if there is no activity.
3. Deactivate the users, one month or a week after notification is sent, if they are still inactive.
4. Delete the deactivated users after few days of deactivation.
