Problem Definition
Site administrators need to manually check the application user base searching for inactive, but billable, users and depending on the company size that job is burdensome.
Suggested Solutions
Create a feature where the site admin can program a delete user cronjob based on the user's inactivity period (i.e. remove from the application all users that are not active for the last 180 days).
