      Hi everyone,

My name is Rak Garg, and I am a product manager at Atlassian. My team is starting to investigate this feature, and we are looking forward to understanding how we can best resolve this issue. We'd like to schedule a short 30 minute chat with you to better understand your account deactivation needs. If you'd be interested, please schedule time with me on this Calendly link.. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us a great deal.

Thank you for continuing to interact with this ticket and providing your feedback. In the future, I will continue to provide updates to this ticket. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to email me at rgarg@atlassian.com

      Best,
      Rak Garg
      Atlassian Product Management

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

It'd be good to have a feature in JIRA to deactivate users automatically after 3 months of inactivity.
