Issue Summary
If a user's managed account is deactivated while being managed by an Org when the domain is unclaimed the user can't reactivate it on their own.
Steps to Reproduce
- Verify a domain
- Deactivate an account
- Remove the domain claim
- Try to authenticate to the account to see the message below but then, nothing happens:
Expected Results
The user should be able to reactivate the account as long as they have access to the email address mailbox.
Actual Results
The users see the message in the image above and nothing happens. It is locked out from its account.
Workaround
If possible, reclaim the domain and activate the accounts in question.
If not, open a support ticket with us.
