Description
Steps to Reproduce
- Org admin verifies domain sample.com
- Org admin deactivates abc@sample.com
- Org admin removes domain sample.com
- A site admin invites abc@sample.com to site
Expected Results
abc@sample.com cannot access the site, however they can re-activate their account by themselves
Actual Results
abc@sample.com cannot access the site, also they cannot re-activate their account by themselves
Suggested Solution
- When the org admin tries to remove the domain claim, show a warning dialog with a list of the deactivated users and an option to enable them
- If the domain is not claimed anymore, provide deactivated users an option to re-activate their account by themselves
Workaround
Org admin can re-verify the domain and enable the afffected user. Note that re-verifying the domain re-claiming the user triggers a bulk email to all the users with the same domain
