Sub items on the "Linked Issues" drop-down are not localized. We had initially thought this was due to the environment being initially created in English.
Further testing was carried out on 2 Jira Cloud trial instances (Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese) that confirm these strings are in English, even if Chrome is set to each language while the trial environment is created.

These strings were not located in Jira Cloud BE and FE projects or on the global search tool.
Note we have received a customer feedback for Jira Server on ticket LF-470 that confirmed this is also the case for Jira Server.

Please see screenshots attached for the ES and PT-BR trial instance of Jira Cloud, and for the PT-BR Server instance of Jira.

      All languages affected.

[I18N-2764] Linked issues sub items are not translated

            Hi Luisa.Berlim

We've spoken to internal teams about this - the issue here is that this is technically user-configured data. The names of the linked issue types can be configured in Jira and replaced by localized versions by the Jira administrator.

This is not an ideal situation though since at provisioning time we ought to create them in the appropriate language in the first place.

We are working with the Jira team to find someone who can own this but right now we don't have a solid commitment. For now we'll have to leave it more-or-less unresolved for the time being.

This is configured in the Issue Link configuration screen. These are user-data. We'll look at getting internationalised versions of these provisioned.
