Description
It's hard for an author to keep track of which comments on their code they think they have addressed, and which still need ongoing discussion – that is, one response may be "OK, I've changed that", needing no further input, while another may be "Would it be OK if I did X?" which needs to be revisited when a reviewer responds.
We should allow comment threads to be marked with a metric "Resolution" and add an "expand files with unresolved threads" command.
