Add a Done checkbox to comments to allow a quick acknowledgement of completion

To make responding to change requests easier, and to minimise the occurrences of comments with the sole contents of "done", add a check box to comments that the owner can use to indicate that the change is complete.

Other reviews would see a notification similar to "defect" or "draft", but with "done" in a fetching shade of success green.
