    Description

      With Crucible we can mark a whole lot of defects and leave comments, in some cases, those comments are a sign of appreciation for good coding. In these cases I'd like the ability to mark them with a commendation, or a "kudos." In our case, this will help with some of the negativity around our code reviews.
