Conversion made from the draft page is not transfered to the saved page

Recreate

• Start creating a page
• Add a office doc to the page
• Wait for previewer to get polled
• Save page
• Now you can see that the document is back to it's thumbnail
• Check the server, the conversion is saved for the draft page, and for the saved page.

Conversion are saved in <CONFLUENCE_HOME>/shared-home

• Do not start conversion for the draft, it's a waste of time/cpu/power
