Attachment thumbnails are not being removed from the filesystem when an attachment is deleted

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page with a pdf and insert it so that it has a preview
      2. Look in <home>/shared-home/dcl-thumbnail for the file that is created
      3. Go to Attachments from the page
      4. Delete the attachment
        • Note that the thumbnail still exists in the file system

      NB: I debugged this and ConversionCacheListener.handleAttachmentDeletion() does not appear to be being called.
