Steps to Reproduce
- Using IE, Open a page in Confluence that you have edit rights on
- Drag and Drop an existing image in that page
- Open the attachments tab
Environment
IE 10 and 11
Expected Results
All attachments should still be the same
Actual Result
A new attachment is added to the list with a different name
Ironically, this attachment file size is larger than the original one

This behaviour is only seen in IE 10 and 11.
As a workaround use other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox
