Drag Image create another image in the same page

Steps to Replicate

1. Download and Install Confluence 5.7
2. Access Confluence via Internet explorer
3. Create a page > Click Insert > Files and Images
4. Add a image in the page
5. Save the page
6. Drag the image to another place in the same page

Observed Behavior

The image is added as an attachment to the page again

Expected Behavior

The image should just change the place

Workaround
Use Moziila firefox
