Description
Current behavior:
When a public link on a page is enabled so that the page can be shared with external users, there is no way to track it besides the audit logs of the instance. This too is limited because of the retention period of Audit logs of the instance.
Expected behavior:
There should be a way for the admins to get an alert/email/notification whenever a public link is enabled on a page so that they are aware of the pages that can be shared externally.
Also, there should be a way for the admins to track the pages using the UI/API to track the pages where the public is enabled on the site, with who enabled it and when it was enabled information.
