Problem
In Confluence Cloud, an easy way to retrieve or export an entire list of spaces or pages with public links enabled is currently lacking, causing difficulties in management and analysis, when customers have a large number of spaces and pages with this feature in use.
Suggested Solution
Add functionality to retrieve or export an entire list of spaces or pages with public links enabled.
Why This Is Important
This feature is important as it would allow admins to easily monitor and manage the use of public links across their Confluence spaces. This will aid in ensuring appropriate accessibility and security to their content and is particularly crucial for organizations that frequently use public links for sharing documentation and other important information.
Workaround
Currently, the only workaround for this related to manipulating the data from Audit Logs: 'Identifying pages with Public Links enabled' to retrieve the pages and space that had the option enabled.
Otherwise, admins must manually navigate through each page of results one by one, which is time-consuming and inconvenient.
