Issue Summary
After publishing edits to a large Confluence, the content edited on the pages are not saved.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click the pencil icon on a page to edit the page
- Multiple users are editing the page at the same time
- User 1 type texts on the keyboard
- User 1 clicks the Publish button to save changes
Expected Results
Changes made to the page are reflected in the published version for User 1.
Actual Results
Changes made to the page do not show up in the published version for User 1.
Workaround
Try removing elements on the page or splitting up the page and see if that improves the editing speed. If you are able to remove elements and see performance improvements, please share as a comment to help us narrow our focus on key elements that are slowing page performance.
