Issue Summary
When first loading a page for VIEWING (not editing), non-content PAGE FEATURES are slow to load. Example features include and are not limited to:
- Page tree in the left-hand navigation
- Quick search in the top navigation
- Edit button
- More actions menu
- Inline comments
- Page comments
- Byline and Byline extensions
- Watch or Star

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a page URL in VIEWING (not editing)
Expected Results
Ex. Page tree in the left-hand navigation loads quickly.
Actual Results
Page tree in the left-hand navigation takes longer than expected to load.
Workaround
Try removing elements on the page or splitting up the page and see if that improves the loading speed. If you are able to remove elements and see performance improvements, please share as a comment to help us narrow our focus on key elements that are slowing page performance.
