Unlicensed Users from Service Desk Have Limited Functions

      Problem Definition

      Unlicensed users from Service Desk projects has limited functions compared to anonymous users. Currently, they have View-Only access, and that's all.

      • Unlicensed users are not able to perform a search
        • Unlicensed JSM users/customers will not be able to view Dynamic Cards as these rely on Advanced search.
      • Unlicensed users are not able to access the space directory
      • Unlicensed users can only access the spaces if they have the direct links.

      Suggested Solution

      • Unlicensed users should at least perform the actions like anonymous.
      • Allow admins to configure the permissions of unlicensed users as anonymous users and licensed users.
