      Problem

Currently Space Admins can be prevented from accessing the contents of a page, but they can use <base-url>/pages/listpermissionpages.action to reset the restrictions on a page in order to be able to view it. This can cause an issue if they don't remember what restrictions need to be put back on the page

      Solution

Add the ability to not just remove restrictions, but also modify them at <base-url>/pages/listpermissionpages.action

[CONFCLOUD-37780] Allow Space Admins to modify page restrictions

How is this not a thing already? How can one be called a 'Space Admin' if one cannot administrate a Space?

I too find it very strange indeed that Space admins with "Add/Delete restrictions" permission cannot actually modify permissions on pages that they don't have edit rights for. As such, you have to remove all the restrictions to get access to the page, and then add them all back in as well as adding yourself. As well as meaning that the page is temporarily unrestricted, this is a real rigmarole to have to add them back in again once you have access.

An alternative way if you are a System Admin is to login as someone who does have access to the page (emulating their permissions), grant yourself "view and edit" permission to the page and then log back on as yourself. This, however, is far from ideal!

This would be excellent! Right now, if I have a page that I can't see as a space admin, and I am asked to modify the restrictions, I have to remove all the restrictions and then add them back in with the requested modification. It causes all sorts of pain if there are more than a couple of restrictions already on the page since each restriction needs to be added individually.
