Edit restrictions with admin key

    Description

      System admins should be able to edit the restrictions of a page when using the premium admin key, this shouldn't need any workaround, at the very least to add myself or the admin group to the page. When a user leaves the company or blocks himself out of a page, it bothersome to fix because of this.
