      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be great if the add link dialog provided a nice UI way to link to a specific anchor. e.g. You pick the page. Then it lists the anchors available, then you pick one of those.
