Status update February 5 2021

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions on this feature! We've heard you, and have been working on rebuilding the Anchor Macro for the new Editor.

Anchors are now available to almost everyone.
Those signed up for the Release Tracks program should be getting it along with other features in that release bundle in a few weeks.
