[CONFSERVER-34608] JIRA Macros return Application URL instead of Display URL

Create Application link with following details:
1. Application URL: http://jiratest.domain.internal:8083
2. Display URL: https://jiratest.domain.com
Add JIRA Macros in a Page.
Click on the JIRA Macros.

Display URL should return in the browser.

Application URL will return in the browser instead of display URL. However, JIRA Macros are working fine.

The icon might not be rendered if Display URL is updated with Jira URL link that contains SSL (https) or proxy integration (redirection).
