Description
Support for cross-product search is available:
1. Searching for Confluence articles in Jira Service Desk - this is available today both through the customer portal and through the agent view (Jira issue view). Check out the documentation to find out more.
2. Searching for content across Jira and Confluence - you can search for recently accessed content across Jira and Confluence through https://start.atlassian.com/
We have plans to improve both the experience and relevancy of in-product and cross-product search in Atlassian Cloud in the future. Given that the basic functionality to search across products exists today, we are marking this issue as resolved.
