Before the recent Jira UI update, I could type a number (e.g., 2478) into the quick search box, and a list of the issues that matched that number would show below the quick search box.

Since the upgrade of the new UI, this no longer works.

Since I routinely work on multiple projects, it is a major pain to have to type in the full key plus number to find the issue that I'm looking for.

Can we get this functionality back?
