Can't create a new sandbox if you delete a sandbox with apps with expired trial

      Issue Summary

      If you delete a sandbox with a trial app with an expired trial, you won't be able to create a new sandbox.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a sandbox
      2. Install a trial app
      3. Let the trial period expire
      4. Delete the sandbox without uninstalling the app
      5. Try to create a new sandbox
      6. Below error message will appear

      Expected Results

      A new sandbox is created.

      Actual Results

      You receive an error message telling you to uninstall the app, which is not possible since the sandbox was deleted.

      Workaround

      Submit a request to Atlassian support team and request a hard delete of the sandbox.
