      Issue Summary

      Unable to search for managed account with multibyte characters like "田中太郎"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a managed user with the name "田中太郎".
      2. Search for the user with "田中太郎" in the Managed account section.

      Expected Results

      The search will display the user "田中太郎".

      Actual Results

      No result was displayed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
