Environment:

SourceTree 3.0.6, Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 1803, Build 17134.228)

The SourceTree window cannot be restored when it was minimized by clicking on the top right corners minimize icon.

Workaround, as described in other tickets:
Click on the SourceTree icon, then use ALT + SPACE and select Restore from context menu.
