      Using embedded Git

Two 1920x1080 monitors, with SourceTree on the primary monitor.

Taskbar is duplicated on both monitors (standard windows option)

    • Severity 3 - Minor

      If I minimize SourceTree, I can't un-minimize it.

Doesn't matter if SourceTree was maximized or not.

After minimizing, if I click on the taskbar icon, I get a generic Windows error 'ding', but nothing visible.

I can't alt-tab to bring SourceTree up either.

This is a new bug in version 3.  Specifically I'm on 3.0.6.  It didn't affect me on the previous, latest v2 version a couple days ago.

This bug is also affecting one other co-worker of mine on a different machine.  I'm not alone!

It's not a beta version.  I think they are just rolling out slowly: https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/update/windows/ga/ReleaseNotes_3.0.6.html

Actually, version 2.6.10 is the one available on https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/ for Windows, so I guess it's pre-release anyway. I had no idea. Not sure how I'm on that track with it at the moment.

Ugh. It's a pretty bad bug from my point of view. Very annoying anyway. Sometimes wonder about the release process on SourceTree. Not the first time there's been a snafu. Thinking about reverting to a previous release. I'd rather not be in the beta-release cycle!

Yes, 3.0.6 is the affected version.  I couldn't select 3.0.6 in Jira yet, it's not an available option.

I have this problem on 3.0.6 and not seen this problem before updating. You have 3.0.5 as the affected version, but in the description you also refer to 3.0.6 so I think perhaps the affected version may be 3.0.6?
