I created the bug for 3.0.5 but actually it is about 3.0.6, I just didn't find tag 3.0.6

After minimizing SourceTree I can't open its window again. When I press a button in taskbar I hear a sound like it has some modal window that interrupts to set the focus.

It happened right after I updated SourceTree to 3.0.6, there was no such problem before.

3.0.17 still has this bug. Win 10. Workarounds are hitting 'Enter' either 'Win'+'Up'.

            Hi lieven.defoor1

Do you experience exactly the behavior described in this issue?

Can you give us some more details about your environment, e.g. multiple monitors etc Does it make a difference if Sourcetree is the only open application?

The behavior should be fixed in 3.0.15+.
If you do still experience issues please let us know.

I see this issue in version 3.0.8.  The issue appears to be closed.  What version will contain the fix?

Issue present on HP Z640, multi-monitor setup(3 monitors) running W10 Enterprise, latest updates.

Minimizing the SourceTree application from the top-right window menus leads to not being able to restore the app window. Solution is to close and re-open the application. As other user reported when I press the button in the taskbar I hear a sound as if a modal window is open, preventing the main window from gaining focus.

            Same here! Workaround:

            1. Click on icon on task bar
            2. Press this key:
              • WINDOWS logo + UP arrow (Windows 10 only), or
              • ALT+SPACE followed by X (english) / N (french), or just select Maximize from popup menu.

Same here, probably not related to windows updates – I'm still on 1709.
