      The new style of sourcetree has no distinct lines in the UI and the tree structure on the side is really unreadable now that the spacing is removed. The icons shouldn't be so vague. The tabs also look really undone. (the filestatus search and log/history tabs for example) give your users the choice to use the flat theme or the normal theme and monitor which one is more used.
