UI is showing out of date state

Source tree doesn't show the up-to-date state of files.

For example, I had 3 files with changes, I reverted one via source tree that file still is showing it on commit list. I re-opened the sourcetree and it showed the correct files (2 files)

I also changed branches and it didn't reflect on UI and still showing the wrong branch highlighted.

Clicking on stage doesn't show any change on screen (as if files have not been staged)

I re-installed the source tree and the same issue is happening.

It's a very dangerous situation because you trust what you see on UI but actually it is not the correct state.
