Operations require manual refresh (F5) to show updates in commit/branch panels

    Description

      Using Sourcetree Version: 3.3.6

      Windows 10 Home (Version 1909, OS Build 18363.535)

      This is a new PC with a fresh install of SourceTree and I noticed that any operations require a manual refresh (F5) for them to actually show up and display properly under the branch listing and commit window. For example, if I attempt to switch to another branch on my list, The "Switching Branch" dialog shows up and the code/files does/do get updated properly.  But the display itself does not get updated properly until I hit F5. This is a minor annoyance.
