Crash when pushing to Subversion

      OS X 10.11.4, SourceTree 2.3

      When trying to push a git-svn clone to Subversion (equivalent of git svn dcommit) SourceTree crashes 100% of the time just as the push sheet is appearing. This has only started happening since upgrading to 2.3.
