Crash after Pull/Rebase, Force Push

      SourceTree 2.3 seems to consistently crash with the following steps:

      1. Pull from another branch with "Rebase instead of Merge" selected
      2. Force push the branch to remote
        If you reopen SourceTree after the crash and force push again, it completes successfully, so it probably has something to do with doing the two steps together
