Issue Summary
When creating Automation rules/flows, Rovo Agents can be used as a component of the workflow. In some edge cases, this rule can return a SOME ERRORS or similar state for the automation execution, with no other information to further troubleshoot.
Sometimes retrying the execution will resolve the issue, and no other timeouts or errors will occur without any intervention from admins or changes to the data.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Rovo Agent as an Automation Rule/Flow
Expected Results
Rovo Agent executes successfully and completes, or results in an actionable error that can be customer-solved.
Actual Results
The agent returns no response, or the automation ends in SOME ERRORS, and the components depending on the Rovo Agent response do not complete.
Workaround
- Review the prompt made to the custom Rovo Agent and ensure it doesn't breach any threshold by reworking the prompt.
