      Issue Summary

      If we populate JSM request type form via agents, we see issues if form has "Jira linked" fields. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      Expected Results

      Agents should be able to access forms and raise requests even if they have Jira linked fields.

      Actual Results

      Form without Jira linked fields works but we see issues with Jira linked fields forms.

      Workaround

      None.
