User Problem
When configuring a new custom Rovo Agents, customers can enable these to create JSM work items by adding the "Raise a Request" JSM skill in their configuration.
However, there are some advanced features behind JSM that may break the ability to perform these tasks accordingly, such as linking forms to native or custom JSM fields.
In other words, when an existing field from a form uses the "linked in Jira field" feature, custom Rovo Agents that use the "Raise a request" skill won't work.
Suggested Solutions
Improve the skill to enable these fields to provide a valid payload and successfully raise tickets.
