Scenario

Organization Admins want to test Rovo and AI features with a small "pilot group" before a full company rollout. Currently, activation is organization-wide, which creates security and change management concerns for larger teams.

Specific UI Requirement

On the new Rovo > Rovo access page, add a functional "Selected Groups" toggle that lets admins select specific groups from the Directory, similar to how Product Access is managed.

Context: Note that the current "Rovo access" page only functions as an App Blocklist and lacks any user-level granularity.
