Issue Summary

Currently, the AIOps panels is displayed by default on incident management work items. It'd be good have the option to remove these panels per project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incident work item in JSM project.

Expected Results

Ability to remove the panels.

Actual Results

Panels can not be removed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
