Current State:

Provide site administrators with a global setting to hide or permanently dismiss the Rovo Ops promotional panel that appears in the JSM incident issue view. Currently, there is no way to suppress this panel without disabling all AI features for Jira Service Management entirely.

When opening an incident in Jira Service Management, a promotional panel titled "Accelerate incident resolution with Rovo Ops" is displayed prominently in the issue view. This panel:

• Cannot be permanently dismissed — it does not retain a collapsed/hidden state and reappears at full size every time an incident is opened.

• Cannot be disabled globally by an admin — no site-wide or project-level toggle exists to remove it.

• Clutters the incident view — during active incidents where speed is critical, unnecessary UI elements create noise and slow down responders.

Proposed Future State:

• A site or project admin should be able to globally hide or disable the Rovo Ops promotional panel in incident views across their site, without affecting other AI features.

• If a global toggle is not feasible, the panel should at a minimum remember a user's collapsed/dismissed state persistently across sessions.

Admin-level toggle in Project Settings → Incident Management (or Atlassian Admin → AI settings) to show/hide the Rovo Ops promotional panel.

Persistent per-user dismiss — once a user collapses or dismisses the panel, it stays hidden across sessions and page reloads.

Auto-hide after first interaction — if the user has already engaged with or dismissed the panel once, do not resurface it.
