When using Rovo within Slack, prevent users from querying the integration user details

      Currently, there are a few open bugs related to using Rovo in Slack where Rovo will occasionally perform actions as the bot user instead of the user performing the action.

      This also allows to return the bot users details if asked questions about self, like - "What is my username" or other details.

      We should apply some PII protection at this stage to prevent integration account details from being exposed to end users and disabling the ability for end users to query for details about the integration bot.
