Provide a way for ROVO Slack Bot to access different level of information based on channel

      At the moment, in all the slack channels, ROVO Slack app used bot permissions.

      There can be some channels, used by folks with higher permission and in such channels, it would be great if ROVO slack app can show more information compared to other channels. 

      This may need ability to choose from more than one bot accounts on channel basis.
