Current Behaviour:

Currently, the JSM Chat functionality supports on Virtual Service Agents - Rovo Agents cannot be added as a virtual agent for JSM Chat on Slack/MS Teams yet.

Expected Behaviour:

It will be great if Rovo agents are supported to be used as an agent in JSM Chat

Workaround:

On Slack, there is an option to use utilise the Atlassian Rovo Slack app, to interact with your Rovo agents from Slack: Using the Atlassian Rovo Slack app

For MS Teams, however, there is no ability to engage with Rovo agents directly from MS Teams yet. This feature is currently tracked on ROVO-234
