Context
Jira Service Management Chat (Atlassian Assist) allows you to connect your service project with Slack so you can turn messages into comments on work items and continue to collaborate on them, without leaving Slack. However, it currently is not available to use with Rovo.
Today, when Rovo creates tickets from Slack, the user and the support agent on the other side can only continue via other notification channels like email.
Solution:
Once a work item is created, users can continue their conversation from Slack, notified via messages when a support agent responds – with all interactions synced two-ways via comments on the ticket.
