Issue Summary

If the Rovo Agent is invoked in Studio, its responses can sometimes return link pointing to studio.atlassian.com, instead of the right cloud site URL. For example:

https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/<issue-key>

If the Rovo Agent is invoked in Home, its its responses can sometimes return link pointing to home.atlassian.com, instead of the right cloud site URL. For example:

https://home.atlassian.com/browse/<issue-key>

Steps to Reproduce

Studio:

1. In the switch menu, choose Studio app
2. Look for the Rovo Agent you wanna use for Jira work items
3. Prompt the agent with below:

   Show me the recent work items on Project AT 

Home:

1. Go to Rovo Agent either via Studio app or Rovo Chat
2. Click on the full screen so you can be redirected to home.atlassian.com
3. Prompt the agent with below:

   Show me the recent work items on Project AT 

Expected Results

The links will be from the current cloud site.

Actual Results

Studio: When Rovo Agent is invoked from Studio, the link will be shown as 

https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/<issue-key>

Home: When Rovo Agent is invoked from Home, the link will be shown as

https://home.atlassian.com/browse/<issue-key>

Workaround

Instead of invoking from Studio or Home, invoke the agent from Rovo Chat (right side panel) in Jira or Confluence
